Last reviewed: [DATE TO FILL IN]

This page covers the personal data we collect through this website. The data-protection framework that governs our client engagements — DPIA, consent flows, retention, right to erasure — is described on the Approach page and is contracted separately in each engagement.

What we collect from this website

  • Information you submit through the contact form — name, organisation, role, email, phone, brief description of need.
  • Basic technical request metadata (server logs) for security and abuse prevention.

What we do with it

Contact-form submissions are used solely to respond to your enquiry and to schedule a scoping call. We do not add submitters to a marketing list. We do not share submissions with third parties.

Retention

Enquiry data is retained for two years from last contact, after which it is purged unless a commercial engagement is in flight.

Your rights under the DPDP Act 2023

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by submitting the contact form with the subject "DPDP request" — or, once our official email is published, by writing to it directly.

Data protection contact

Address data-protection enquiries via the contact form. We respond within seven working days. A dedicated data-protection email will be published when the official addresses are live.

This is a starting template — review and adapt with your legal counsel before publishing. Items in square brackets and the data-protection contact must be filled in.
